Let's talk in English
A group of brave Fridolfing students travelled to Great Britain to improve their English, learn about GB and find new friends.
On Wednesday, 02 October they started and travelled to England by bus. First the group spent two days and one night in London. There they did a lot of sightseeing.

On Saturday afternoon they went to Broadstairs, where the Kent School of English has its basis.

"Raindrops are falling on my head".While we tried to visit Dover Castle and Bleak Castle on Sunday we got incredible wet. It was raining cats and dogs
The lessons started at KSE on Monday morning. The students had a lot of fun with the enthusiastic young teachers of KSE.

There were also a lot of leisure activities to do. We did a quiz about Broadstairs. We went to the historical centre of Canterbury and visited the Canterbury Cathedral. Furthermore we did a lovely beach walk along the impressing "White Cliffs".

The evenings were important for our "social life". We went to the cinema and watched the real feel good film "Mama Mia", We had one evening where we sang songs and at the last evening we had a disco.
